How to use the web hailer
Please follow these simple steps to hail services using our web based app. Did you know you can also add our web app to your home screen, just follow the onscreen prompts.

STEP BY STEP...
Lets get started with hailing a service. Just follow these few steps.
1. Tap on ADD MOBILE PHONE NUMBER to authorise.

2. Enter the verification code sent to the specified number via SMS in the corresponding field.

INSTANT ORDERS
​
1. Specify the pick-up (if different from the physical one) and drop-off (if needed) locations in the corresponding fields.
​
2. Add a note to the driver (if needed) and select the tariff by tapping on the corresponding icon.
​
3. Review order details for correctness:
estimated route on the map, expected time and mileage en route
estimated/fixed trip cost (on Book button)
4. Tap on “BOOK” to dispatch the order.
​
5. Track order assignment and driver details in the order form field.
You may cancel the order by tapping on “Cancel order”.

PRE ORDER (BOOKING IN ADVANCE)
​
1. specify the pick-up address
​
2. switch to “Preorder” mode to review the tariffs that work with pre-orders option.
​
3. choose the future date and time
​
4. place a booking by tapping on “BOOK”
One may place a preorder up to 7 months in advance.
